All guides and printables on greenbiolife.org are instant digital downloads.
Because you receive the file immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once a guide has been downloaded.
This policy applies to greenbiolife.org guides and printables only. Anything bought through an affiliate or partner link is handled by that seller under their own refund policy.
If you have any trouble downloading or accessing your file, please contact us and we will make sure you get it.
